Welcome to Modern You Medical Aesthetics. Please take a moment to review the following information prior to booking your appointment.

Booking Policy

A credit card is required on file to reserve all appointments at Modern You Medical Aesthetics.

  • Your card is used to secure your appointment time and will not be charged at the time of booking.
  • It will only be used if our cancellation policy applies.
  • All payment information is securely stored through our encrypted system and is fully compliant with privacy standards. Our team does not have access to your full card details.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and your provider.

  • We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
  • Appointments changed within 24 hours, missed appointments, or late arrivals resulting in a missed service will incur a $50 cancellation fee, charged to the card on file.
